Gas Incident Investigation Course
Specialist Gas Assessment Services (SGAS) have revised their course for conducting a Gas Related Incident Investigation.
The course was originally designed for Calor Gas field operations supervisors and managers, to provide a robust procedure, strategy and systematic approach for attending and dealing with incidents, from minor gas escapes to explosions and CO fatalities.
The course has been adapted for several other clients, including CORGI, Eaga, Flogas & Phoenix Natural Gas in Northern Ireland. The course is based around IGE/GL8 ed 2 and BS 7967 and is combination of theory based sessions and practical scenarios, including a full CO fatality reconstruction. Course modules include:

The course is particularly suited for Gas Suppliers, Health & Safety Officials, Gas Inspectors, Gas Managers and Gas Auditors.
